Bruce Silcoff is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for social impact and a track record of incubating game-changing technologies — including more than 30 years of experience in fintech, data, private equity, CPG marketing, and customer loyalty.
As CEO of Shyft, Bruce leads the company’s ambitious vision to establish a scalable, blockchain-based data sharing protocol to handle identity and reputation data, essential for underserved populations without easy access to financial, legal and social services. Bruce has experience in reshaping traditional industries by introducing disruptive technologies to solve business challenges and create competitive advantages, while also promoting social and financial inclusion. He currently serves in advisory roles with Agora, a blockchain powered elections network, and Blockchain Academy, one of the first learning organizations to provide access to education and blockchain technology training opportunities. He is also a dedicated investor in the crypto/blockchain space. Bruce holds an MBA from Toronto’s Schulich School of Business.
