Schan Duff is Senior Director at Juvo, a San Francisco-based start up advancing financial inclusion in emerging markets through digital financial identities. Outside of Juvo, Schan is an advisor to the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) and FSD Africa, a Research Affiliate at Cambridge University’s Center for Alternative Finance, and Senior Fellow at The Aspen Institute. From 2002-2014, he practiced law in the banking and financial services groups of O’Melveny & Myers and Allen & Overy. He earned a B.A. from Williams College, a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
